They are better than super good. Wish I had more stars to click. Hafiz is a talented and extremely polite polite person with professionalism, pride and integrity. He helped us out by coming to our house at the agreed upon time and finished replacing two locks in less than an hour for a very reasonable price and no charge for giving an estimate. I would highly recommend Swift Locksmith to anyone needing locksmith help, and especially Hafiz.

Hafid is so unprofessional and so disrespectful towards women. He called the cops on a friend of mine for payment even though she told him multiple times to follow her so she can give him the payment. He was rude, disrespectful, and beyond unprofessional. Not only tht we waited 3 HOURS for him to arrive.

At Swift Locksmith, we always treat our customers with respect and professionalism. In this case, our technician clearly quoted the service fee of $95 over the phone before arriving to unlock the customer's Cheverolet . After the job was completed successfully, there was a disagreement about the payment .Law enforcement was only called to ensure the matter was handled safely and fairly, and the full agreed payment was ultimately made.We regret that your freind was unhappy, but we stand by our commitement to clear pricing, professional service, and customer safety.

Hafid was absolutely the worst employee I have ever met from this company. He lied on the estimated wait time , it was 2 hours not 1. He proceeded to tell me it would be an extra 20 minutes wait. He comes, No hello No Good afternoon only (What form of payment?). I told him I can grab it inside once he unlocks my vehicle because my apparent is directed by key fob. He proceeded to argue about how my car buttons don’t work and he can’t open my car and that i’m not understanding. *he unlock the car with the buttons that DO work* I told him i’ll go grab the payment now and He starts yelling saying that i’m robbing him even after i offered him to come with me. He calls me a drunk and says no one wants to be working on a sunday. I wasn’t intoxicated & I also was on my way to work on a sunday. I strongly suggest to look into the employees you have openly coming to people’s property.
